Good morning Everyone. So today I would like to share the importance of healthy lifestyle practices to students. In my humble opinion I truly believe that have a Healthy Lifestyle is the important to be a smart students

My main point is that Improving student performance. When a student practices a healthy lifestyle in their daily life, when it is study time, they are more comfortable to focus on what is being taught. When always doing healthy activities, such as jogging, exercising and doing leisure activities, the brain and body will always be active and easy to learn and focus. as a result, students will be able to improve their performance in both academics and co-curriculum.

Secondly, Helps the process of brain development. We acknowledge that through the practice of a healthy lifestyle among students in particular will provide a very good and useful impact. This condition will help their brain development process. Through the practice of nutrition for example, if students practice a balanced diet, then it will have a good impact on our brain and our brain will develop well. This is because, a brain that is always active, will make us feel fresh and smart.

Next, I would to point out that Students are health conscious.
When we always practice a healthy lifestyle, get used to nutritious food, do healthy activities, we will be able to assess which is good and bad for ourselves. We will also become accustomed and more careful in our food intake. Nutritious food will be a priority to ourselves. Practicing a healthy lifestyle will become a habit in a student’s daily life if it continues to be practiced.

In conclusion, all these positive practices need to be implemented by students. The health of students who practice all these practices is definitely good because not only their bodies are healthy but their emotions and thoughts also receive a positive impact. such healthy students are what the country needs in facing the challenges of modern life today.
